How Early Access Works

🛍️ Shop as Usual, Pay via UPI

Browse and shop directly on www.purvx.in. During early access:

  • You’ll receive UPI payment instructions after placing your order
  • Once payment is confirmed, the seller ships the item
  • You’ll receive tracking updates via email

✅ Support is available throughout the process.
🔒 You’ll be fully refunded if the item is unavailable or not shipped within 7 days.

💡 Note: Online checkout with payment gateway will be available soon.

📋 FAQs

Is it safe to shop without a payment gateway?
Yes. All payments go through PurvX directly and are verified. Sellers only ship once we confirm payment.

What if the item doesn’t arrive or is not as described?
Buyers must confirm delivery. If there’s an issue, we hold the seller's payout until it’s resolved.

When will the full portal launch?
We’re aiming for launch soon.

✍️ List Your Ethnicwear

We're accepting listings of new and preloved Indian ethnicwear.

🔸 How to List Your Items

  • 👉 Submit your listing via our seller form
  • Pay the non-refundable listing fee.
  • We’ll review and publish your listing.
  • You retain the item until it’s sold.
  • Once the buyer pays and confirms receipt, your payout will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Lehengas, Sarees, Anarkalis, Gowns
  • Kurtas, Sherwanis, Men’s formalwear
  • Kids ethnicwear
  • Ethnic Footwear
  • Indo-Western clothes
  • Ethnic Decor

❌ Not Accepted

  • Undergarments or shapewear
  • Swimwear
  • Casual Western wear (jeans, T-shirts)
  • Loungewear, cosmetics or personal care

💰 Platform Fees

Each item requires a non-refundable listing fee and a 20% commission on sale. You retain the item until it sells.

Below ₹5000 ₹200 20% Full 20% applies
₹5000 – ₹19999 ₹700 20% Commission reduced by ₹700
₹20000 & above ₹1000 20% Commission reduced by ₹1000

Example:
If you list an item at ₹6000:
You pay ₹700 upfront.
When the item sells, 20% commission = ₹1200.
We subtract your ₹700 listing fee, and the final commission is ₹500.
You receive ₹5500 payout.

📋 FAQs

What happens after my item sells?
You’ll be notified by our team and you ship the item. Provide the tracking number (mandatory). Once the buyer confirms receiving the item, your payout is issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Will I need to handle shipping?
Yes, sellers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the item after a sale.

Is the listing fee refundable?
No.

Can I list multiple items?
Yes, but each item must be submitted separately.

How long does it take to go live?
Usually 48–72 hours after review.

When do I get paid?
After the buyer confirms delivery.
