PurvX India Community Guidelines
  These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and trustworthy experience for everyone on PurvX India (www.purvx.in). By participating as a buyer or seller, you agree to follow these community standards.
  
    1. Respectful and Honest Conduct
    
      - Be respectful in all interactions with the PurvX India team.
- Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information when listing or purchasing items.
- Do not impersonate other individuals or misrepresent yourself or your listings.
 
  
    2. Accurate Listings
    
      - 
Describe your item honestly: Include key details such as condition, type of work (embroidery, embellishment), fabric, brand/designer name, and any visible defects.
- 
Photos must be your own: Upload clear, unedited images showing the front, back, and close-up details of the actual item.
- 
Measurements are mandatory: Include bust/chest, waist, and length measurements (in inches or cm).
- Do not use model or catalogue images unless you're the original designer or authorised seller.
 
  
    3. Communication and Coordination
    
      - All order-related updates, inquiries, and clarifications are handled directly by the PurvX India team.
- Buyers and sellers will be contacted as needed for confirmations or follow-ups.
- Ensure your contact details are correct and respond promptly when contacted.
 
  
    4. Shipping & Order Fulfilment
    
      - Ship items within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
- Use trackable services (e.g. India Post, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.).
- 
Sellers must document proof of shipment:
        
          - Photos of the packed item with buyer name or order ID visible
- Video or timestamped evidence of handover to courier
 
- 
Buyers are encouraged to record unboxing for high-value orders.
- False claims or unverified disputes may result in permanent removal from the platform.
 
  
    5. Payment and Security
    
      - All payments are processed securely through the PurvX India checkout system.
- Do not request or accept UPI, bank transfer, or cash outside the platform.
- Off-platform transactions are not supported or protected.
 
  
    6. Prohibited Items
    
      - Counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented designer items
- Items with undisclosed damage
- Items not related to Indian ethnicwear or home decor
- Anything prohibited under Indian law
 
  
    7. Disputes and Resolution
    
      - Buyers must report issues within 3 days of delivery.
- Sellers must cooperate with our team and share documentation as needed.
- We reserve the right to withhold payouts or issue refunds in case of disputes.
 
  
    8. Fraud Awareness
    
      - For orders above ₹5,000, both buyers and sellers must retain visual proof.
- Sellers: Show what was shipped and how it was packed.
- Buyers: Record full unboxing videos to help resolve disputes.
- False or unsupported claims will lead to removal from the platform.
 
  
    9. Taxes, KYC, and Compliance
    
      - Sellers must complete KYC with valid Indian ID (PAN, Aadhaar).
- Business sellers may be asked for GSTIN and invoice details.
- Sellers are responsible for declaring income as per Indian tax laws.
 
  
    10. Reviews and Community Feedback
    
      - You may be invited to leave feedback after a transaction.
- Keep reviews honest, respectful, and based on real experiences.
 
  
    11. Updates to These Guidelines
    
      - We may revise these guidelines at any time.
- Continued use of the platform means you agree to the updated terms.
