What’s Covered

  • Item not received (lost or never delivered).
  • Item not as described (major undisclosed defect, wrong item, incomplete set).
  • Transit damage that affects usability and was not disclosed.
  • Missing components clearly stated as included in the listing (e.g., dupatta, blouse piece).

When You’re Protected

  • You purchased on purvx.in using our checkout (currently UPI).
  • The seller shipped with a trackable Indian courier and shared tracking.
  • You report any issue within 48 hours of delivery (see evidence below).

We hold seller payout until delivery is confirmed and the issue window closes.

What’s Not Covered

  • Change of mind, fit, or colour perception (device/lighting differences).
  • Minor, normal wear-and-tear consistent with a preloved item and disclosed in photos/description.
  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery without timely evidence.
  • Orders placed or paid for outside purvx.in.

Tip: Always review photos, measurements, and description carefully before buying.

How to Raise a Claim

  1. At delivery: Record a brief open-box video while unsealing and checking the item.
  2. Within 48 hours: Reply to your order email (or email support@purvx.in) with:
    • Order ID and a short description of the problem
    • Photos and the open-box video link/file
  3. We review: tracking, listing, seller proof, and your evidence, then share next steps.

Evidence & Open-Box Video

For quick resolutions, please share:

  • Open-box video shot at delivery showing the unopened package, unsealing, and item condition.
  • Clear photos of defects or mismatches.
  • Any labels, tags, courier slips visible on the parcel.

Open-box video helps us confirm the issue timeline and support a fair outcome.

Possible Outcomes

  • Keep item with partial refund (when practical).
  • Return for full refund, following instructions we share.
  • Replace/missing part supplied (if available and reasonable).
  • Claim denied if evidence is insufficient or outside policy.

Timelines

  • Ship expectation: Sellers dispatch within 3 days.
  • Delivery expectation: Typically 7–14 days depending on courier and location.
  • Issue window: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: We aim to provide next steps within 2–4 business days after receiving full evidence.

Fraud & Fair Use

To keep PurvX India safe for everyone, we may refuse, limit, or reverse protection if we detect:

  • Repeated false claims, edited/ staged evidence, or misuse of protection.
  • Purchases or payments made outside purvx.in.

Reminder: Off-platform payments are not protected.
