Simple answers about buying safely and confidently on PurvX India.

1. General Buying

What is PurvX India?

PurvX India (purvx.in) is a marketplace for Indian ethnic clothing, accessories, and home decor within India. You buy directly from verified sellers in INR.

Are items new or pre-owned?

Both. Listings clearly show New or Preloved status and describe the condition.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account helps you track orders easily.

2. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Who ships my order?

Each seller ships directly using a trackable Indian courier. PurvX ensures tracking is shared via email.

How long will delivery take?

Sellers aim to dispatch within 3 days. Most orders arrive in 7–14 days depending on courier and location.

How do I track my order?

When shipped, you’ll get an email with the courier name and tracking number. Use the link in that email to track.

Can I contact the seller directly?

No. For privacy and safety, contact PurvX by replying to your order email or write to support@purvx.in.

3. Payments

What payment methods are available?

Currently, PurvX India accepts UPI payments only. More options (cards/net banking) will be added soon.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. All purchases are prepaid via UPI for a secure and seamless process.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. UPI payments are processed by trusted Indian providers. Buyer Protection applies to all qualifying orders.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel an order?

You can request cancellation before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation isn’t possible.

How are refunds issued for cancellations?

If approved before dispatch, refunds go back to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days.

5. Buyer Protection & Issues

Is my purchase protected?

Yes. If the item doesn’t arrive or isn’t as described, PurvX will help with fair resolution. Sellers are not paid until delivery and the issue window closes. Read Buyer Protection.

What if the item is damaged or not as described?

Record a short open-box video at delivery and take photos. Email support@purvx.in with your Order ID and evidence within 48 hours.

What if tracking shows no movement?

If there’s no update for 5+ days, reply to the shipping email or write to support@purvx.in and we’ll investigate.

6. After Delivery

Can I return if I change my mind or it doesn’t fit?

Returns for change of mind or fit aren’t available because most items are unique pieces. Issues with condition/mismatch are covered under Buyer Protection.

How long do I have to report an issue?

48 hours from delivery. Include your open-box video and photos for faster review.

7. Support

How do I contact PurvX India?

Email support@purvx.in with your Order ID. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.
