Within 3 calendar days of the sale. If you anticipate a delay, reply to the order email with a revised dispatch date and reason.
Use a trackable courier and reply to the PurvX order email within 24 hours of dispatch with the courier name and tracking number. This notifies the buyer and Support.
Neat packing with protective layers for embroidery/embellishments and sturdy outer packaging. For high-value items, keep a short packing video and courier receipt.
